In a Saturday interview appearance on MSNBC’s The Katie Phang Show, Nessel added to her Wednesday DNC remarks as Phang pointed out her speech «addressed the very real dangers» a second Trump presidency and the current Supreme Court pose.
«There’s no question about it. We have a very different [U.S. Supreme] Court now than we had when marriage equality became the law of the land in 2015. We’ve lost three judges who ruled in the majority on that case.
