Just when the Kelce brothers couldn’t get more popular, they secured an eye-popping deal.
Travis and Jason Kelce’s hit podcast is getting a new home under what is being reported as a lucrative nine-figure deal.
The NFL brothers get behind the mics for their weekly podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce. In it, they talk about everything from their beloved sport to what’s making headlines and, of course, their private lives, including Travis’ romance with singer Taylor Swift.
In a new deal, the show is moving to Wondery, a podcast platform owned by Amazon.
The multiyear deal means Wondery will have global distribution rights to all audio and video episodes of the podcast, its back catalog and the right to create international audio adaptations of the podcast, per The Hollywood Reporter.
«We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of New Heights», said the football stars in a statement released by Amazon. «We love this show and the fan base that has grown with us over the last two seasons. Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to new heights! We are going to create some groundbreaking moments together through this partnership. We are thrilled to start Season 3—see you soon, 92%ers!»
The «92%ers» is a nickname given to fans of the podcast by the brothers. It originated from Jason speaking about a move in the NFL known as a «quarterback sneak», which he said only works «92 percent of the time.
