What did Bronny James contribute in the Lakers win over the Suns?
In the Los Angeles Lakers’ second game of the season, they remained undefeated with a comeback win over the Phoenix Suns. They trailed heavily early on but found a way to rally back to get the win at home.
Los Angeles used another strong game from star big man Anthony Davis to lead the charge but it was a total team effort. They blitzed the Suns in the second half to earn another win to open the season.
But once again, many eyes were on rookie guard Bronny James. However, in this game, James didn’t take the court, and was a DNP-Coach’s Decision.
This isn’t overly shocking considering that the team has planned for him to play most of his games in the G-League this season. Los Angeles is allowing the rookie to stay with the team throughout their upcoming road trip, but they will then send him down.
