«I think this campaign has really taken it out of him,» said body language expert Darren Stanton.
As the race for the White House nears its conclusion, former President Trump made a campaign stop in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Monday. One body language expert said there were signs Trump was «a very tired man» as he took to the stage.
Expert Darren Stanton said Trump showed a «shift in emotion which has leaked through his body language», which suggested he had become «dejected and apathetic.»
Trump’s busy schedule for his final day of campaigning included appearances in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
According to Stanton, the «croaky» and «hoarse» tone of Trump’s voice, which was «a lot lower in volume» than usual were indicators that his campaigning had taken a toll on the 78-year-old.
