WNBA and Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark apologizes to a fan at the pro-am at The Annika for hitting them with the golf ball.
WNBA and Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark is more than just a basketball player. She is a natural-born athlete, and one of her other talents involves golf.
Clark is one of the better basketball players who plays golf. Although that is the case, there is a reason why she isn’t a pro, and that wasn’t more evident than her appearance at the pro-am at The Annika, an LPGA tournament in Tampa, Florida, on Wednesday morning.
Clark was seen teeing up on the ninth hole, par 3, and delivered a souvenir to one of the spectators close by. The ball landed outside of the ropes, soaring left, and even clipped a fan. However, it was the fan’s lucky day as Clark autographed the ball for the spectator and apologized, saying, «Thanks for the good kick, whoever I hit», according to Golfweek.
