Kanye West is facing some serious allegations of sexual assault in a newly filed lawsuit from a former America’s Next Top Model contestant.
A model named Jenifer «Jenn» An claimed the rapper inappropriately touched and forcefully gagged her during a 2010 music video shoot.
The complaint, which was filed on Friday, November 22 and obtained by Page Six, accused West, 47, of assaulting An while she was on set for La Roux’s «In for the Kill» music video in New York City on September 7, 2010. West was featured on a remix of the British duo’s song.
According to the lawsuit, West arrived on set with his then-girlfriend Selita Ebanks and took control of the shoot.
