Samsung’s One UI 6 software release for the Galaxy Watch series originally debuted on the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra. Since that release, the version of One UI Watch has entered a beta phase and become available for the rest of Samsung’s Galaxy Watch models announced after the Wear OS collaboration.
Some models of the Galaxy Watch series are still waiting on the full official release – a release that brings quite a few changes.
One UI 6 doesn’t change a lot about how the UI looks on the series. Under the hood, it brings enhancements to health tracking and sleep management. For instance, a new Energy Score will be available for every user. That score, is essentially a blanket reading based on sleep, activity, and other data collected through the watch sensors.
Sleep also gets quite an overhaul. The Galaxy Watch series gets a Sleep Apnea feature that can actively look out for signs of the disorder.
