Actor Nicky Katt died by suicide at his home in California on April 8 at the age of 54.
The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner confirmed the star died by hanging. TMZ’s sources said the “Dazed and Confused” actor’s landlord found his body hanging inside the bedroom of his Los Angeles-area apartment. The landlord reportedly stopped by Katt’s apartment to tell him he needed to make his rent payment approximately a week before he was found deceased. The landlord returned five days later and found the apartment door open.
TMZ’s sources said Katt did not leave a suicide note, adding that the actor had been dead for over a day by the time his body was found.
