Frostcrag Spire is a The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered mountain fortress and the best house in the game for your character (because it’s free). Frostcrag Spire has every amenity you could hope for in a house and it has teleportation portals to all of the mage guild halls around Cyrodiil.
Frostcrag Spire was originally part of the Wizard’s Tower DLC. Since all of that content is part of the remastered edition, you just kind of already own Frostcrag Spire. All that’s left for you to do is to go claim it.

Frostcrag Spire was part of an expansion for the original Oblivion. When you launched the game with the DLC, you’d get a deed delivered to you that would launch the “Frostcrag Spire” quest. In Oblivion Remastered, though, you don’t get the deed in the mail (we didn’t, at least). Instead, you just kind of have to know where to go, which is what we’re here for.
Frostcrag Spire is located on Gnoll Mountain in the Jerall Mountains to the east of Bruma.
To find Frostcrag Spire, head to the Wildeye Stables on the eastern edge of Bruma in northern Cyrodiil.
