Let’s open up with a super-budget model from Insignia that’s perfect for a kitchen, workshop or other room where having a TV to watch videos is helpful but doesn’t have to be your primary entertainment center. The Insignia F20 is a sturdily-built screen with HD 720p resolution, decent brightness and acceptable picture quality for $90.
