The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed President Trump to fire members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
In a 6-3 vote, the justices reversed the decision of a lower-court judge who had reinstated the three – Mary Boyle, Alexander Hoehn-Saric and Richard Trumka Jr.
