iOS 26 beta 6 is now available as Apple moves to a weekly release cadence leading up to the launch of the new software in September.
With iOS 26 beta 6 now available, Apple looks to be changing the schedule of new iOS 26 beta versions to a weekly release. With this upcoming software update expected to launch a month from now, we’re finally seeing the proper vision of what iOS 26 and Liquid Glass are all about.
In the previous beta, Apple continued tweaking the UI to ensure the best experience possible. For example, the Mail app added a Select button to make it easier to select several messages at once. The Camera app now features a new toggle called Classic Mode, which reverses the scroll direction of mode switching, and there are new icons for AirDrop and inside the Fitness app.
