WWE SummerSlam 2025 featured one of the most random tag team matches a pro wrestling fan could dream of: Randy Orton teaming with country singer Jelly Roll against Drew McIntyre and social media sensation Logan Paul.
A true sign of WWE’s attempts to integrate with mainstream pop culture, this celebrity tag team clash was actually one of the company’s best built rivalries heading into SummerSlam. It almost didn’t happen, either. Jelly Roll was reportedly a replacement for rapper Travis Scott, who had a “falling out” with WWE despite playing a major role in John Cena’s epic heel turn.

Capping off a red hot celebrity tag team match, Paul ended a wild finishing sequence with a soaring frog splash on Jelly Roll, pinning the “Liar” singer to pick up the win for the heel duo.
