Two of the three victims killed in a shooting in San Jose on Tuesday have now been identified, and the suspect has been arrested.

Mayor Matt Mahan confirmed city employee Max Ryan was one of the victims. He worked for the city’s housing department.
Another victim has been identified as 26-year-old Tarrah Lynn Taylor and the third has yet to be identified.
«It’s heartbreaking. I’ve been thinking a lot about the victims and their loved ones», Mayor Mahan said on Wednesday. «It was it’s been shared with the council, just in the last hour, one of the victims actually a member of our city team, an employee in the housing department.
