The incident unfolded over the weekend in Kearny, New Jersey, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police responding to a report of an injured man Saturday evening found the victim, Pablo Criollo, 45, of Harrison, who had been struck by an arrow, according to Acting Hudson County Prosecutor Wayne Mello.
