Finding iron in Hytale seems difficult, but it’s easier than you might think. Though not quite as common as copper ore, it won’t take hours to find your first iron veins if you’re willing to explore some of Hytale’s deeper and darker areas. Be sure to bring a weapon with you!

How to find iron ore in Hytale
Similar to Hytale’s copper, iron ore is found inside caves, though it is much rarer. Iron veins look like shiny, silvery-grey rectangles that grow on cobblestone blocks. Break the blocks with a pickaxe (you don’t need a copper pickaxe; a crude one is enough), and you can pick up the iron ore.
