The Oracle is a burst assault rifle that uses long rounds. Its special ability, Precision Optics, allows you to lock onto enemies if they appear in your sights and hit enemies even if you’re shooting near them while they’re still locked-on. If the target is no longer in your Oracle’s sights, you will no longer be locked-on.
