Smartphone maker COMIO has unveiled a new device in the Indian market, dubbed as the COMIO X1. The handset boasts of an 18:9 aspect ratio screen, b okeh mode, face unlock, intruder selfie, and support of up to 22 regional languages. The COMIO X1 has been priced in India at Rs 7,499, and it’ll be available for sale on both online and offline platforms across the country. The phone is available in Red, Black and Gold colour options.

The dual-SIM COMIO X1 runs on the Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box and packs a decent 3,050mAh battery under the hood. The handset flaunts a 5.50-inch HD+ (1440 x 720p) display on the front with thin but visible bezels. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The storage onboard is 16GB, which is expandable up to 128GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
In the camera department, the COMIO X1 features a 13-megapixel sensor with autofocus on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video calling. The company is said to have backed cameras with AI that can recognise the human face accurately for bokeh effect, face unlock, and filters. Other features of the phone include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bike mode, Venus Browser, and font applications features.
As for the launch offers, consumers purchasing the COMIO X1 can avail cashback and extra-data benefits on their Reliance Jio and IDEA numbers, accordingly. Meanwhile, the company is offering a year + 100 days warranty, one-time screen breakage warranty, 30-days replacement, a special buyback and upgrade offer with its X1 smartphone.
