JerryRigEverything showcases the device bending easily during a durability test. The durability test video shows the new iPad Pro bending from the centre quite easily. The YouTuber also claims that he could do this without applying any brute force on the iPad Pro. If trye, then this means that if someone accidentally sits on the new iPad Pro when kept on uneven surfaces like sofa or bed, the device may bend easily.
Apple has introduced a new design with thinner bezels and home button. The front of the new iPad Pro is completely made of glass. While Apple has used enough metal on the sides and on the back, the iPad Pro lacks structural integrity. The new iPad Pro has a plastic area on the side frame aligned centrally, to facilitate wireless charging for the Apple Pencil along with a mic hole on the other side. It is believed that these two areas are the prime weak spots in the frame of the new iPad Pro.
