The video game developer Rockstar Games releases a statement declaring that forthcoming updates aim to properly re-balance Red Dead Online’s in-game economy.
There’s no doubt that myriad gamers have been spending plenty of time with the open beta for Red Dead Redemption 2‘s multiplayer component, Red Dead Online, and even though it offers a generally enjoyable Wild West experience, there are still some kinks to be worked out. One of the major issues that needs to be addressed is RDO‘s unbalanced in-game economy, with items such as a can of baked beans having been comparably priced to a golden wedding ring. Thankfully, it looks as if Rockstar Games intends to use future updates to tackle the problem.
As seen in the tweet below, Rockstar Games has issued a statement saying that Red Dead Online will be receiving updates “as early as the end of this week with more updates to come next week” that will attempt to effectively re-balance the in-game economy.
