BioWare lead producer Michael Gamble announces that Anthem will launch with a 16-player social hub called Launch Bay located in the main hub location of Fort Tarsis.
The Anthem VIP Demo is right around the corner, and the game just went gold, but developer BioWare is still letting details drop about the upcoming game. BioWare’s Michael Gamble has revealed that Anthem will contain a 16-player social hub called the Launch Bay.
Prior to this announcement, it appears that BioWare was not planning on including a social hub in the game, but after players expressed interest in having one in the game, Launch Bay came to be as a result. Gamble says that Launch Bay will be located in the game’s main city of Fort Tarsis. BioWare has shown off Tarsis before as the main hub where players can head to after missions to interact with NPCs, collect contracts, and more; but now the possibilities of the hub city of Fort Tarsis look to be that much greater with the addition of the ability to interact with up to 15 other players in the social space.
