Following the Notre-Dame fire, Ubisoft offers Assassin’s Creed Unity for free and donates more than half a million dollars to the Notre-Dame restoration fund.
In an effort to celebrate the Notre-Dame in Paris, France, Ubisoft has announced it will be giving away Assassin’s Creed Unity for free on PC. Moreover, the studio will be donating money towards the restoration of the historical landmark, which was damaged in a fire earlier this week.
In a post published to the official Ubisoft blog, the company said it wants to “give everyone the chance to experience the majesty and beauty of Notre-Dame the best way we know how.” The game, which takes place during the time of the French Revolution, allows players to explore Notre-Dame, as well as numerous French landmarks.
