The 45th U.S. President turns 75 on Tuesday and for the first time in four years he won’t celebrate at the White House.
Donald Trump will turn 75 on Tuesday and his political action committee (PAC) has called on donors to «surprise» the former president with donations to mark the occasion. The website of Save America, the PAC Trump created, encourages donors to opt-in and match any donations to the committee with a contribution for Trump’s birthday on June 14. «President Trump’s birthday is coming up on June 14th and we want to surprise him with a record breaking fundraising day!» a message on the website reads. «Will you help us?» For the first time, Trump will not be able to share messages from well wishers on Twitter and Facebook, since he was banned by both social media platforms. Trump was born on June 14, 1946, which means he will turn 75 on Tuesday. Born to Frederick Christ Trump and Mary Anne MacLeod at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York City, Trump is the second-youngest of five children. He was preceded by Maryanne, Fred Jr. and Elizabeth and followed by younger brother Robert. Fred Jr. died from a heart attack in 1981 at the age of 42, while Robert died in August last year at the age of 71. Having graduated from Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1968, Trump began working at his father’s real estate company, Trump Management.
