The new Nintendo Switch OLED was revealed on Tuesday and will be available starting October 8.
Nintendo on Tuesday announced a new OLED model for its popular handheld Switch line of gaming consoles, set for an October 8 release. The new Nintendo Switch features a larger multi-touch capacitive touch screen 7-inch OLED screen, whereas the standard Switch had a 6.2-inch LCD display. The console also has a new wider kickstand, enhanced audio via its new in-built speakers, a wired LAN port in the docking station, and 64 GB of internal storage, double what is offered on the standard model. Users can easily expand storage space using microSDHC or microSD cards up to 2TB. The new Switch is powered by an NVIDIA Custom Tegra processor. It also comes in a fetching new colour variant. The unit also has a wide adjustable stand for tabletop.
