‘The Morning Show’ — September 17 » The Morning Show » debuted as one of Apple TV Plus’ top dramas, with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon starring as co-hosts of a fictional television news show. The two women work to defend their jobs and navigate a hostile industry. Billy Crudup returns in a supporting role that won him an Emmy in 2020, along with Steve Carell. The second season premiered on September 17, and you can stream new episodes every Friday. ‘Foundation’ — September 24 «Foundation» is an adaptation of science fiction author Isaac Asimov’s influential book series about a galactic empire in decline. The story spans more than 1,000 years and explores the human factors that lead to the rise and fall of civilizations. David S. Goyer, writer of «Man of Steel» and «Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,» serves as executive producer and showrunner. The first two episodes will debut on September 24. ‘The Problem with Jon Stewart’ — September 30 Jon Stewart earned his fame as the host of «The Daily Show» on Comedy Central for more than 15 years. His new Apple TV Plus show will see him taking on a different subject in current events during each hour-long episode, which include segments filmed in front of a live audience. The show premieres September 30 and will be accompanied by a podcast.
