Apple today announced new initiatives as it looks to introduce 100 percent recycled materials for its batteries, PCBs, and magnets by 2025.
Apple is leading the charge towards sustainability as the company today has announced «major acceleration» of its promise, which will include using recycled material in a lot of devices. Based on the company’s new pledge, it seems like sustainability is being taken seriously, to be honest. So what’s new this time around? Apple has pledged that all the batteries the company will design will be made out of 100% recycled cobalt.
