Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.), the committee’s ranking member, had said that «the lights were blinking red» before the Sept. 11 attacks and asked Wray if he thought there are «multiple blinking red lights out there.»
«I see blinking lights everywhere I turn,» Wray replied.
