“James Bond” star Pierce Brosnan pleaded guilty Thursday to “foot travel” in a restricted thermal area of Yellowstone National Park after he was outed on an online account dedicated to exposing “stupid” tourists.
The Irish actor, 70, was ordered to pay about $1,500 to the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Wyoming, the prosecutors said.
The payment includes a $1,000 community service contribution to the Yellowstone Forever Geological Fund, as well as a $500 fine, a $30 court processing fee, and a $10 special assessment fee.
