Davis, the World Boxing Assocation (WBA) lightweight champion, was taken into custody in Miami Beach.
Boxer Gervonta Davis was arrested Friday morning, nearly a month after he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child outside her Doral, Florida, home on Father’s Day, according to Local 10 television station.
