If you’ve been wanting to show off your Pixel photos to millions, you’ll now have the chance. Google is running a new campaign that could feature your image as a backdrop for its Chromecast.
Although there are many new options available when it comes to Android smartphones, it seems like Google’s Pixel and Pixel XL are still top performers when it comes to shooting photos. So it comes as no surprise that the firm wants to showcase pictures taken with the device by featuring it as a backdrop on the Chromecast when content isn’t being played.
If you want your picture to be considered, you’ll need to take a photo using your Pixel handset, upload it to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag: #teampixel. If your image is deemed worthy, Google will reach out to you through a direct message and provide you with additional instructions.
