Today, Walmart Canada has updated its pre-order listings with a bunch of unannounced games for consoles. Titles like Borderlands 3, Splinter Cell and Gears of War 5 can be found in the listings along with a few enigmatic ones like an Assasin’s Creed title and RAGE 2. Could these titles get announced at E3 2018?
Today was a day full of surprises since Walmart Canada has updated its pre-order listings with a bunch of unannounced titles for consoles. Huges titles like Borderlands 3, Splinter Cell, Just Cause 4 and Gears of War 5 can be found in the listings along with a few enigmatic ones like an Assasin’s Creed title and RAGE 2. Could these titles get announced at E3 2018?
The whole situation is utterly confusing since you wouldn’t expect a huge franchise like Walmart dropping bombs like these out of nowhere. The listings have since then been removed but – as always – the screenshots necessary have been taken. Here are the listings:
Some of those titles, like The Division 2 and The Last of Us 2 have already been announced and there are others like NBA 2K19 and WWE 2K19 that are legit to be existent in the list since they release annually. However, the existence of a new Splinter Cell title along with Just Cause 4, Gears of War 5, Borderlands 3 and RAGE 2 are what makes us wonder what E3 2018 might have in store for us.
There are some titles among the listings too that we are quite excited to see. Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Beyond Good & Evil 2 have already been announced but they seemed to be far from complete. Could the listings mean that their release date might be revealed soon?
For what it’s worth E3 2018 is coming in a month and we’ll be able to see some of those titles actually get announced by their publishers. Which of those are you most excited about?
