Oppo Find X to launch today: Here’s how to watch the live stream

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo is all set to launch its flagship smartphone Oppo Find X today at an event in Paris. The company has scheduled an event for 8:45 pm CEST today (12:15 am IST tomorrow) at The Louvre Museum in Paris.

As per rumors, the Oppo Find X is said to sport a bezel-less display. A recent leak also revealed that the smartphone is expected to feature a pop-up camera which will slide from the rear of the device. The device is claimed to offer 93.8% screen-to-body ratio and come equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor just like the one found in a few Vivo smartphones. The Oppo Find X is said to feature a 6.4-inch display with 1080×2340 pixel resolution. The smartphone is expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo operating system topped with company’s own layer of customisation Color OS 5.1.
The Oppo Find X is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. It is also expected that users would be able to install microSD card in order to increase the storage capacity.
On the camera front, the Oppo Find X is said to come with a dual rear camera setup with 20MP and 16MP sensors. The front is expected to house a 25MP selfie shooter. As per recent rumours, the camera will offer 5X zoom functionality and company’s proprietary image fusion technology for digital zoom.
The smartphone is said to be backed by a 3730mAh battery and tipped to come with Super VOOC Flash Charge support.
The Webio leak revealed that the Oppo Find X could be priced at CNY 4,500 which translates into Rs 48,000. At this price point the smartphone will compete against the recently launched Vivo NEX S which also comes at a similar price.
