The Assassin’s Creed Odyssey 1.07 update for Xbox One, PS4, and PC is now live. It’s one of the biggest updates yet, too, as the Assassin’s Creed 1.07 update patch notes detail a new level cap, a new visual customization system, and much more.
Don’t be fooled by the version number. The Assassin’s Creed Odyssey 1.07 update isn’t just a minor new Assassin’s Creed update. The latest changes to the (virtual) world of Ancient Greece include a new level cap, a fresh visual customization system which will change the way the game looks considerably, quest bug fixes, and plenty more. It’s all included in the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey 1.07 update patch notes down below.
Fancy playing even more Assassin’s Creed Odyssey with Kassandra or Alexios? Ok, ok, Kassandra. Well, the new level cap will give you just enough motivation to help you sail across the Aegean and complete every single thing left to do in the game. Having previously been set at 50, you can now reach level 70 once you’ve downloaded the 2.5 GB update. It’s probably worth it for just that alone.
Being stylish while chopping down Spartans and Athenians probably isn’t high on the list of your priorities, especially with the Cult of Kosmos stalking you at every turn, but with the new “Visual Customization System” option, you can mix and match colors, designs, and several other cosmetic details for your armor and weapons to create your own unique look.
The introductory blog post outlines the “Transmog” feature, in which you can loot items and you’ll keep them forever in your Visual Customization tab. From there, you can take their designs, patterns, prints, and everything else and overlay them onto helmets, swords, and, well, anything you can shake a spear at – including the spear. It’s a really cool feature that’ll see your malaka stand out from the crowd.
Good news for people struggling with completing the following quests due to bugs:
They will all be ready and waiting for you to finish. Each quest has had issues, especially A Venomous Encounter, which didn’t appear on the map at all for some players. You can rest easy now, though, and start chipping away at 100% completion, safe in the knowledge that Ubisoft has tidied up some of the game’s most egregious errors.
If you want to dive into the depths of the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey post about the new update 1.07 update patch notes, then feel free to head on over to Ubisoft’s big ol’. All of the highlights covered here are there, plus smaller, more intricate quality-of-life fixes. Go take a look!
