June 1 (UPI) — Outlander Season 6 is coming in 2022. Starz said in a press release Tuesday on World Outlander Day that production has wrapped on Season 6 of the historical drama series. The season will premiere in early 2022. Season 6 will consist of eight episodes and kick off with a 90-minute premiere. Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan will return to star as Claire and Jamie Fraser, with Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin as Brianna and Roger MacKenzie. „We are excited to get into the editing room to work on bringing fans one step closer to reuniting with the family back on Fraser’s Ridge,“ showrunner Matthew B.
