It’s only a few days left before we get to see Samsung’s newest premium foldable handsets, the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5. The South Korean tech giant has undoubtedly been the mainstream face of Android foldables, and a lot of fans are certainly looking forward to the new Z handsets, especially the bigger Z Fold5 – judging from the popularity of the Z Fold4, we can imagine there’s a lot of fanfare in store for the next big Samsung foldable.
While we currently do not have all the full “official” list of specs and features, we’ve nevertheless gotten a ton of hardware speculations from various rumors and leaks from the internet. Let’s start with the phone’s design, which might leave fans with a bit of deja vu. Several renders online seem to indicate that the Z Fold5 will end up bearing a similar look to its predecessor, and if confirmed we can’t really blame Samsung – if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Tech informant Yogesh Brar (who has had an accurate track record for leaks) says that the Z Fold5 will come with display specs that are very similar to the previous generation as well.
