The Czech Republic remains stunned Friday following a mass shooting Thursday in Prague at Charles University in which the gunman killed 14 people and wounded 25.
It was the first time the country had experienced a shooting at a school or university.
Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala said he felt ‘deep sorrow and disgust over this incomprehensible and brutal violence.’
Czech President Petr Pavel expressed ‘helpless anger over the loss of so many young lives.’
Local media have identified the gunman as David Kozak.
