В Луцк для расследования нападения на польское консульство была направлена группа сотрудников центрального управления СБУ. Соответствующее поручение дал глава ведомства Василий Грицак.
Об этом в ходе брифинга, который транслировал телеканал ” 112 Украина “, заявил руководитель аппарата главы СБУ Александр Ткачук.
“По указанию главы СБУ Василия Грицака до Луцка отбыла группа сотрудников центрального управления СБУ для того, чтобы оказывать всестороннюю поддержку следователям, которые работают в рамках уголовного производства. Президент Украины Петр Порошенко дал соответствующие поручения председателю СБУ, и сейчас мы также прорабатываем возможность по созданию совместной группы по расследованию этого резонансного преступления вместе с правоохранителями из Польши”, – отметил он.
Как сообщалось, в Луцке ночью обстреляли здание Генконсульства Польши , которое находится по адресу: ул. Дубновская, 22-Б. В результате стрельбы была повреждена крыша здания, там заметна дыра, окно под этим местом разбито. В момент взрыва в помещении никого не было, этажом ниже находились охранники. МИД Польши вызвал посла Украины в связи с инцидентом.
Отметим, президент Порошенко осудил обстрел консульства в Луцке и поручил правоохранителям найти виновных. Расследованием нападения на консульство займется СБУ.
В то же время в прокуратуре Польши заявили, что начнут собственное расследование обстрела консульства в Луцке .

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte says he has asked the US ambassador why Washington did not send warships to stop China from building artificial islands in the South China Sea, where both Beijing and Manila lay claim to disputed territories.
“Had America really wanted to avoid trouble, early on… why did you not send the armada of the [Japan-based] 7th Fleet which is stationed there in the Pacific, you just make a U-turn and go there and tell them right on their face, stop it? ” Duterte said during Wednesday’s speech.
He said he had posed the question to US ambassador Sung Kim during a Monday meeting in southern Davao city, AP reported.
He told Kim he was surprised by what he called US inaction when newspapers began publishing photos of China’s construction of runways and other structures on the newly built islands.
In response, Kim, who arrived in Manila last year, said he was assigned elsewhere at the time and therefore could not provide an answer, according to Duterte.
The Philippines president went on to state that he will not go to war against China’s superior military which would do more harm to the Philippines.
“The first thing that will be blasted away from this planet Earth will be Palawan,” Duterte said, referring to the western Philippine island province facing the disputed South China Sea. “All of the deposits of armaments of the Americans, including ours, are there. ”
He did, however, state that he would invoke an international arbitration ruling which rejected China’s claim that it has historic rights to most of the South China Sea. It also ruled that Beijing has caused irreparable harm to the ecosystem of the disputed Spratly Islands and breached the Philippines’ sovereign rights.
Both China and the Philippines lay claim to the Scarborough Shoal and the disputed Spratly Islands. The Spratlys are also claimed by Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Brunei.
China has built numerous artificial islands across the Spratly chain, each complete with runways, aircraft hangars, radar sites and hardened surface-to-air missile shelters, according to photos recently analyzed by the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
But despite territorial differences, Duterte — who has reached out to Beijing to mend relations over the dispute since taking office in June — thanked Chinese President Xi Jinping over the renewed friendship between the two countries, praising the leader as being “ very kind.”
His remarks came as Philippines officials announced on Wednesday that the two sides have agreed to hold bilateral consultations on the disputes, with China offering to host the initial meeting in May.
Duterte’s statements marked the second time in less than a week that the leader blamed US inactivity for tensions in the South China Sea.
“You could have cut the problem in the bud had you taken a decisive action,” Duterte said last week, in an apparent address aimed at US President Barack Obama and his administration. 
For its part, China remains adamant on its territorial claims, despite the upcoming talks with Manila. The country’s foreign ministry said on Tuesday that Beijing has every right to built military facilities in the Spratlys, claiming the island chain is part of Chinese territory.

According to the Johns Hopkins University website, North Korea knows when commercial satellites are passing overhead and typically tries to avoid activities during that time. It adds that “the fact these formations can be seen suggests that Pyongyang is sending a political message that the sixth nuclear test will be conducted soon. ” On the other hand, “i t may be engaged in a well-planned game of brinkmanship. ”

Heightened Activity at North Korea’s Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site
New commercial satellite imagery of the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site from March 28 shows a heightened level of activity over the past few days. Despite the recent snowfall, there has been continued pumping of water out of the North Portal, presumably to keep the tunnels dry for communications and monitoring equipment; the removal of material (probably rubble) and dumping on the tailings pile immediately to the east of the portal; and the probable removal of one or more vehicles or equipment trailers from in front of the portal.

This activity is consistent with previous reports, while the rest of the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site has been generally quiet. However, there is now one vehicle and a large contingent (70-100) of people standing in formation or watching in the courtyard of the Main Administrative Area. Such a gathering hasn’t been seen since January 4, 2013, which was followed by a nuclear test on February 12.

The North Koreans know when commercial satellites are passing overhead and typically try to avoid activities during that time. The fact these formations can be seen suggests that Pyongyang is sending a political message that the sixth nuclear test will be conducted soon. Alternatively, it may be engaged in a well-planned game of brinkmanship.

НАБУ проводит обыск в Нацбанке.
Национальное антикоррупционное бюро Украины проводит обыски в помещении Национального банка Украины. Об этом сообщили в Специализированной антикоррупционной прокуратуре.
“Там происходят следственные действия НАБУ при процессуальном руководстве Специализированной антикоррупционной прокуратуры”, — отметили в САП, не уточнив, вместе с тем, по поводу чего и в рамках какого уголовного производства это происходит.
Как отметили на запрос Delo. UA в НБУ, обыск действительно проводится, согласно решению Соломенского районного суда.
“В соответствии с законодательством и в рамках следственных действий Национальным банком предоставлена правоохранителям вся запрошенная информация и материалы”- отмечается в сообщении НБУ.

Обшуки у Нацбанку пов'язані зі справою про зловживання його посадовців – НАБУ

Документи надаються правоохоронцям добровільно.
Зазначається, що обшуки проводяться в рамках розслідування кримінальної справи за фактами зловживання посадовими особами НБУ своїм службовим становищем в інтересах третіх осіб, які за попередньою змовою з посадовими особами декількох комерційних банків вчинили дії, що спричинили тяжкі наслідки для державних інтересів.
Розслідування зазначених фактів було почато НАБУ в лютому 2017 року. На даний час нікому з фігурантів розслідування не повідомлялося про підозру.
Раніше з’явилася інформація про те, що Детективи НАБУ проводять обшуки в приміщенні Національного банку України. Разом з тим, за даними деяких ЗМІ, обшук проходить з виїмкою документів щодо діяльності “Платинум Банку”.
Нагадаємо , в лютому повідомлялося, що НАБУ розслідує діяльність заступник голови НБУ Катерини Рожкової. Виробництво планували зареєструвати за фактом можливих зловживань посадовими особами НБУ і ФГВФО.

У Нацбанку повідомили, що детективи НАБУ проводять виїмку документації за рішенням Солом’янського районного суду столиці.
“У відповідності з законодавством і в рамках слідчих дій Національним банком надано правоохоронцям всю запитувану інформацію і матеріали, які забежпечать виконання правоохоронцями їх функцій у повному обсязі”, – сказали в прес-службі, передає ” Економічна правда “.
Разом з тим, у Нацбанку відмовилися повідомити, в рамках якого виробництва проводиться виїмка документів.
Раніше повідомлялося, що детективи НАБУ проводять обшуки в приміщенні Національного банку України.

Прокуратура Польщі розслідує вибухи у консульстві в Луцьку

Прокуратура Польщі порушила кримінальну справу щодо вибуху в Луцьку.
У прокуратурі додали, що будуть співпрацювати з українським слідством і сподіваються на якісне розслідування з боку України.
Раніше повідомлялося, що міністр закордонних справ України Павло Клімкін обурений інцидентом з обстрілом генерального консульства Польщі в Луцьку.
Нагадаємо, у Луцьку в ніч на 29 березня невідомі обстріляли будівлю Генерального консульства республіки Польща. Правоохоронці не виключають, що злочинці стріляли з гранатомета. Сам снаряд вибухнув всередині будівлі.
Польський консул Кшиштов Савіцкі заявив, що обстріл генконсульства – це справжній терористичний акт. Дипломат також повідомив, що на місці події виявлені осколки снаряда від гранатомета. А стріляли в одне з приміщень, в якому живе співробітник консульства.
