В Луганской области сотрудники Службы безопасности Украины совместно с прокуратурой пресекли схему легализации в Украине иностранцев и лиц с оккупированных территорий , сообщили в пресс-службе СБУ.
“В начале января в СБ обратился начальник одного из городских отделов Государственной миграционной службы. Он сообщил, что ему предлагают взятку за выдачу украинского паспорта по поддельным документам”, – рассказали в пресс-службе УСБУ ” Укринформ у”.
Сотрудники спецслужбы оперативно установили личность злоумышленника. Им оказался гражданин РФ, который находится в розыске на территории России за экономические преступления. В Украину он прибыл, воспользовавшись документами другого человека – жителя АР Крым.
Вскоре злоумышленник фиктивно женился, изменил фамилию и попытался получить паспорт гражданина Украины. Правоохранители задержали правонарушителя в служебном помещении Миграционной службы после передачи взятки чиновнику и получения паспорта.
Ранее сообщалось, что “власти” аннексированного Россией Крыма предоставляют привилегии ” гражданам” “ДНР” и “ЛНР” “, ищущим работу на полуострове.

Wszystko za sprawą wpisu na Twitterze, którym Clinton wyjaśniła swoim zwolennikom, dlaczego uczestniczyła w inauguracji prezydentury Trumpa. “Jestem tutaj dziś, żeby oddać szacunek naszej demokracji i jej trwałym wartościom. Nigdy nie przestanę wierzyć w nasz kraj i jego przyszłość” – czytamy. Dobrze odebrany przez wyborców i media tweet został do tej pory podany dalej ponad 65 tysięcy razy, z Hillary Clinton na nowo robiąc gwiazdę politycznej sceny w Stanach. Dużą popularnością cieszy się też nagranie, na którym wita się z Donaldem Trumpem i jego żoną. Na języki internetowych trolli trafił nawet Bill Clinton, który zapatrzył się w stronę Ivanki Trump jak w obraz. Tragiczny wypadek autokaru. 16 ofiar

Trwa ustalanie przyczyn tragicznego wypadku węgierskiego autokaru na autostradzie pobliżu Werony. W piątek wieczorem młodzież w wieku 14-16 lat wracała do Budapesztu z wycieczki do Francji. Możliwe, że kierowca prowadził za długo i był zmęczony. Na pokładzie było 50 osób, w tym uczniów i opiekunów. 16 osób nie żyje, 36 jest poważnie rannych. Według wstępnych ustaleń policji pojazd wpadł w poślizg, uderzając w barierki i od razu stanął w płomieniach. Tylko kilku osobom udało się wyjść z autokaru o własnych siłach. – Rano wydobyto ciało ostatniej ofiary. W wypadku nie były zaangażowane inne pojazdy. Przypuszczenia w takich sytuacjach są zawsze takie same: wina kierowcy lub usterka mechaniczna – wyjaśnia Girolamo Lacquaniti, komendant policji drogowej w Weronie. Problemem mogło być także koło, które mogło spowodować poślizg. Śledczy przesłuchują świadków. Wśród nich jest kierowca ciężarówki, który już 30 km przed miejscem wypadku zasygnalizował, że widział autokar, który miał problemy z kołem. – Trzynaścioro uczniów cudem przeżyło, wychodząc przez okna i skacząc przez płomienie – informuje Girolamo Lacquaniti.

The White House website's page on climate change just disappeared

That is all that remains of the White House’s webpage on climate change, at least at the official White House page. The Obama team moved Information about climate change previously hosted on the White House site to www.obamawhitehouse.gov .
The White House website was updated immediately after Donald Trump assumed the nation’s highest office. The president has long said he doubts whether global climate change is real, and there now appears to be no reference to it on whitehouse.gov.
Under former President Barack Obama , the website previously hosted sections that laid out plans for combating climate change and steps the Obama administration had already taken.

In the section of the updated website dedicated to issues, the Trump team has highlighted six topics, including “America First Energy Policy. ” The policy page touts Trump’s plan to tap oil and gas reserves and to revive the coal industry, but does not mention renewable energy.
“For too long, we’ve been held back by burdensome regulations on our energy industry. President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U. S. rule,” the page says.

Aktorka mówi: „Trump został wybrany – a my powinniśmy wspierać prezydenta, kimkolwiek on jest. Na tym opiera się nasze państwo. Jakkolwiek to się stało, stało się – idźmy dalej”.
Zjazd w dół strony ukazuje następujące komentarze:
„Ludzie wspierali Hitlera. I jak to się skończyło?”.
„Nie wspiera się narcystycznego klauna, który najwspanialszą demokrację świata chce zmienić w dyktaturę”.
„Już podnosi mi się ciśnienie i zapominam oddychać”.
„Boję się”.
„Botox uderzył jej do głowy”.

Na jednej stronie obok siebie argumenty ad Hitlerum i ad hominem , zachęta do podważania legalności władzy, obawa przed zmianą ustroju, złość, napady paniki. A na innych stronach? Jeśli pominiemy Braitbart News i Fox News, propagandowe tuby kampanii Trumpa, niemal wszędzie dyskusja jest równie mięsista. Niby niewiele to znaczy – wszak w języku anonimowego komentarza każda mżawka to nawałnica, każdy gluten to płatny zabójca, a dowolny polityk to Archanioł bądź Belzebub, nigdy jakiś szeregowy diabeł. Ale zwykle rozmówcy kłócą się co do tego, kto jest Belzebubem, a kto Gabrielem – a dziś zaskakująca ilość dyskutantów z lewa, centrum i umiarkowanego prawa zgadza się co do tego, że Trump to właśnie uosobiony koniec świata, i deklaruje, że jest zła, zagubiona i przerażona.
Człowiek zagląda w internet , żeby lepiej zrozumieć, co się myśli w narodzie, bo naród nie mówi mediami, ale sekcją komentarzy. Lecz wrażenie, że Trump jest przede wszystkim obiektem lęków, paniki i nienawiści, potwierdzają też sondaże. CNN podaje, że prezydenta elekta pozytywnie ocenia tylko 40 proc. wyborców, co jest – jak twierdzi „Washington Post” – najniższym wynikiem w ostatnich 40 latach (dla porównania prezydent elekt Obama był dobrze oceniany, w zależności od sondażu , przez 79 proc. do 85 proc. Amerykanów). I chyba przez lat co najmniej 40 nikt nie został tak jednogłośnie potępiony przez czytelników plotek celebryckich za przecież niechętne i z rezerwą sugerowanie legalności prezydentury, jak pani Nicole Kidman.

Donald Trump nowym prezydentem USA. Uroczystość w cieniu ulicznych protestów
Prezydent elekt Donald Trump został zaprzysiężony na 45. prezydenta Stanów Zjednoczonych. Ceremonia przekazania władzy przebiegała w cieniu gwałtownych protestów. Na ulice Waszyngtonu wyszli przeciwnicy Donalda Trumpa.
Za pełnymi przerażenia i złości komentarzami są zwykli obywatele. Skąd mają wziąć spokój ducha, wytyczne przetrwania pod nową administracją, plan działań na przyszłość, lepsze zrozumienie sytuacji? Mogą się zwrócić do elit – intelektualistów, ludzi rozumu i wiedzy, obiektywnych obserwatorów politycznej rzeczywistości. To one mogą, w sposób jasny i wyważony, opisać ludziom to, co się stało – i skonstruować język, który swoją prawdą i siłą pobije retorykę Trumpa.
W trosce więc o ten spokój ducha zwykłego panikującego obywatela Ameryki, który z bezsilną złością obserwuje tweety, przemówienia i działania Trumpa, udałam się więc na amerykański Uniwersytet, żeby mi owe elity, a konkretnie znani mi skądinąd młodzi profesorowie etyki, filozofii, prawa i polityki, powiedzieli, jak według nich wygląda sytuacja i jaki mają plan.
A na uniwersytetach – panika.
Słowa – mocniejsze niż pod tekstem o Nicole Kidman. Nerwy, przerażenie, lęki. Kilka wypowiedzi nie nadaje się do druku, bo po usunięciu przekleństw zostają same przecinki. A nade wszystko – zagubienie.

Prayer Service, CIA Visit On Tap For President Trump’s First Day In Office

Trump and his wife, Melania, and Vice President Mike Pence and his wife, Karen, sat in a front pew at Washington National Cathedral for the morning service after a day of pomp, pageantry and protests that accompanied his Friday inauguration.
The interfaith service is a tradition for new presidents and is hosted by the Episcopal parish, but the decision to hold a prayer session for Trump has sparked debate among Episcopalians opposed to his policies.
The service took place as throngs of women, many of them wearing bright pink, pointy-eared hats, descended on the nation’s capital and other cities around the world Saturday for marches organized to push back against the new president.
After church, Trump planned to visit the CIA for a meeting with members of the nation’s intelligence community that could be fraught with tension.
Trump has sharply criticized top U. S. intelligence officials over their conclusions that Russia interfered in the 2016 election on his behalf, as well as over leaks about classified briefings he received in the weeks before his he was sworn into office on Friday.
Trump has signaled an intention to make a quick and clean break from the Obama administration.
Before dancing with the new first lady at three inaugural balls Friday night, Trump signed an executive order aimed at former President Barack Obama’s health care law. The order notes that Trump plans to seek the law’s “prompt repeal.” Meantime it allows the Health and Human Services Department and other federal agencies to delay implementing parts of the law that might impose a “fiscal burden” on states, health care providers, families or individuals.
Trump also cleared the way for members of his national security team to take their places.
He signed legislation granting James Mattis, his pick for defense secretary, a one-time exception from federal law barring former U. S. service members who have been out of uniform for less than seven years from holding the top Pentagon job. The restriction is meant to preserve civilian control of the military. Mattis, 66, retired from the Marine Corps in 2013.
Hours later, the Senate confirmed Mattis, and retired Gen. John Kelly to lead the Homeland Security Department. Both were sworn into office late Friday by Vice President Mike Pence.
Separately, White House chief of staff Reince Priebus issued a memo aimed at freezing some new regulations and halting ones the Obama administration had started.
Trump, his wife, children and grandchildren spent Friday night at the White House. His daughter, Ivanka, and her husband, senior White House adviser Jared Kushner, were seen snapping photos Saturday on the Truman balcony with a young girl who appeared to be their daughter.
The Justice Department released a memo concluding the president’s “special hiring authority” allows him to appoint Kushner to the administration and the move does not contravene federal anti-nepotism laws.
The dustup over the prayer service marked another example of the backlash against Trump by religious leaders, artists, celebrities and others.
While some in the largely liberal congregation objected to hosting the service, Bishop Mariann Budde of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington wrote in a blog post that she shared “a sense of outrage at some of the president-elect’s words and actions” but also she felt an obligation to welcome all people without qualification, especially those who disagree and need to find a way to work together.
The president’s schedule coincides with a series of planned marches and demonstrations across the country Saturday. Hundreds of thousands of people upset about Trump’s presidency plan to march in several cities across the country a day after his inauguration.

Parlament macht Weg für Erdogans Präsidialsystem frei « DiePresse.com

Die Szenen aus dem türkischen Parlament veranlassen sogar Ministerpräsident Binali Yildirim dazu, die Abgeordneten zur Räson zu rufen. Kurz zuvor hat sich die Parlamentarierin Aylin Nazliaka aus Protest gegen das von Staatschef Recep Tayyip Erdogan vorangetriebene Präsidialsystem ans Rednerpult gekettet, und zwar mit Handschellen.
Daraufhin ist eine wüste Schlägerei zwischen Parlamentarierinnen der Opposition und der AKP-Regierungsfraktion entbrannt, eine Abgeordnete verliert ihre Armprothese, Haare fliegen. Unter den prügelnden Parlamentarierinnen ist Gökcen Enc von der AKP, die wenige Tage zuvor im Parlament ein “Hunde verboten”-Schild in die Kameras gehalten hat. Der Grund dafür: Einer ihrer AKP-Kollegen wirft einem Oppositions-Abgeordneten vor, ihm bei einer Massenschlägerei während der Debatte ins Bein gebissen zu haben.
Wer sich bei den handfesten Auseinandersetzungen ums Präsidialsystem am Ende durchsetzen würde, zeichnete sich bereits ab: Erdogan, der heimliche Anführer der AKP, der Partei bald auch formal wieder vorstehen dürfte – wenn alles weiter nach seinem Drehbuch läuft.
Bisher verbietet die Verfassung dem Präsidenten, einer Partei anzugehören. Das Ende dieses Verbots ist nur ein Teil der Verfassungsreform, der das Parlament am frühen Samstagmorgen mit der notwendigen Dreifünftelmehrheit zugestimmt hat. Diese Mehrheit ist ein erneuter Beweis für Erdogans riesigen Einfluss: Ihm ist es gelungen, Teile der ultranationalistischen Oppositionspartei MHP auf seine Seite zu ziehen – obwohl diese Abgeordneten damit nicht nur für die Entmachtung des Parlaments stimmten, sondern auch die Zukunft ihrer Partei in Frage gestellt haben dürften.
Die Reform – die nun noch durch ein Referendum muss – wäre der tiefste Einschnitt im politischen System der Türkei seit Jahrzehnten. Sie würde den Präsidenten mit einer Machtfülle ausstatten, wie sie demokratisch gewählte Staats- und Regierungschefs selten haben. Aus Sicht Erdogans ist das nötig, damit er das unter Terror und innerer Zerrissenheit leidende Land wieder in ruhige Fahrwasser steuern kann.
Der Chef der türkischen Anwaltskammer, Metin Feyzioglu, ist dagegen überzeugt, dass der Systemwechsel zu “Instabilität und Chaos” führen würde. Er vergleicht das Präsidialsystem mit einer Herrschaftsform, mit der die Türkei in ihrer osmanischen Vergangenheit jahrhundertelange Erfahrung gemacht hat: “Das nennt sich Sultanat. ”
Theoretisch könnte Erdogan länger an der Macht bleiben als viele der osmanischen Sultane. Dabei hatte die AKP in ihrer Anfangszeit unter Erdogan eingeführt, dass Amtsperioden auf maximal drei begrenzt sind. An die Buchstaben dieses Parteistatuts hat Erdogan sich stets gehalten: Von 2003 bis 2014 war er drei Mal Ministerpräsident, dann ließ er sich zum Staatschef wählen. Macht und Einfluss nahm er einfach in das neue Amt mit, auch wenn die Verfassung das so nicht vorsah, weswegen sie nun schließlich auch geändert werden soll.
In die Reform hat die AKP eine Klausel eingebaut, die Erdogan unter Umständen ermöglichen könnte, die Geschicke der Türkei bis 2034 zu bestimmen. Dann wäre er 80 Jahre alt – und mehr als 30 Jahre an der Macht. Voraussetzung dafür wären nicht nur Erfolge bei künftigen Präsidentenwahlen, sondern auch, dass das Volk die Verfassungsreform im Frühjahr in einem Referendum billigt. Erdogan ist zuversichtlich, dass eine Mehrheit ihm auf seinem Kurs folgt. Ausgemachte Sache dürfte das aber nicht sein – erst recht nicht, wenn sich die wirtschaftlichen Probleme zur echten Krise auswachsen sollten.
Erdogan wirbt seit langem unablässig für sein Präsidialsystem, der formelle Beginn des 60-tägigen Wahlkampfs dürfte nun unmittelbar bevorstehen. Die Abstimmung am Tag des Referendums mag dann zwar weitgehend frei und fair verlaufen. Beim Wahlkampf aber sind Zweifel angebracht. Zahlreiche kritische Medien wurden geschlossen. Fernsehsender, die noch nicht völlig auf Regierungslinie sind, übertragen schon jetzt jede einzelne der vielen Ansprachen Erdogans live und in voller Länge. In staatsnahen Medien gibt es keinerlei sachliche Auseinandersetzung mit der Opposition.
Vor allem finden der Wahlkampf und womöglich auch das Referendum im Ausnahmezustand statt, den Erdogan nach dem Putschversuch vom Juli 2016 verhängt hat – und der kürzlich bis zum 19. April verlängert wurde. Zehntausende Menschen sind festgenommen worden, fast 100.000 Staatsbedienstete wurden entlassen. Regierungsgegner sind mit öffentlicher Kritik sehr vorsichtig geworden. Das mag erklären, warum kaum jemand gegen Erdogans Präsidialsystem auf die Straße geht – obwohl zwar vielleicht nicht die Mehrheit, aber doch ein großer Teil der Gesellschaft den Systemwechsel aus ganzem Herzen ablehnt.

USA: W Waszyngtonie nowe starcia policji z demonstrantami

Nowe starcia miały miejsce niedaleko Białego Domu w centrum Waszyngtonu. Według AFP, 400-500 osób rzucało tam cegłami, kawałkami betonu i butelkami z wodą w policjantów z oddziałów prewencji, którzy odpowiedzieli użyciem gazu łzawiącego i pierzowego. Według AP, w centrum amerykańskiej stolicy jest ponad tysiąc agresywnie zachowujących się demonstrantów.
Wcześniej licząca ok. 100-150 osób grupa ubranych na czarno demonstrantów przeciwnych nowemu prezydentowi USA wybijała witryny lokali, takich jak McDonald’s, Starbucks i Bank of America , oraz szyby samochodów podczas marszu protestacyjnego w Waszyngtonie. Protestowały także m.in. grupy feministek i Afroamerykanów z ruchu Black Lives Matter.
Inne grupy aktywistów próbowały blokować wejścia na odgrodzony teren w pobliżu Kapitolu, skąd można było oglądać ceremonię zaprzysiężenia 45. prezydenta USA. Policjanci interweniowali, by umożliwić wstęp ludziom mającym wejściówki.
Przed inauguracją koalicja określająca się jako DisruptJ20 zapowiadała, że będzie usiłowała zakłócić uroczystości zaprzysiężenia Trumpa, nawet ryzykując zatrzymanie, jeśli będzie to konieczne.
Policja poinformowała, że we wcześniejszych starciach dwóch funkcjonariuszy doznało lekkich obrażeń oraz że uszkodzone zostały pojazdy należące do policji .
