Raleigh, N. C. — Two people were killed following a wrong-way crash Sunday morning on Interstate 540.
Highway Patrol troopers said a vehicle was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-540 near Leesville Road when it collided with another car.
Authorities said one of the people killed was a woman on her way to work.
Authorities could not confirm if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
