Adobe today announced a new XD CC Starter Pack which will offer Adobe XD for free. Along with this, Adobe also announced new improvements coming to the software this month. The XD CC Starter Pack will include full access to XD, including Typekit and CC libraries.
Apart from this, the company is also bringing some changes to Adobe XD. With this month’s update, Adobe is improving the integration with Sketch and Photoshop. You can now drag-drop a PSD file on XD and start working on the design. You can also password protect your files with ease. Designers can now drag and drop symbols over another one, updating all copies of that symbol. You can also now paste to multiple artboards, saving even more time.
Adobe is also announcing a $10 million grant fund for designers to work on third-party tools and services. The Adobe XD Starter plan is available starting today and you can upgrade it to 100 GB Creative Cloud by paying $9.99/month. If you’re interested then you can head to Adobe’s website for more details on the available plans.
