Caviar, a Russian company has come up with the ‘Fine Gold Edition’ of the smartphone. The edition comes loaded with 1kg of ‘Fine Gold 999.9’ on its rear panel. However, other designs and specifications of the smartphone remains same. The edition is priced at RUB3.87 million (Rs 40.6 lakh approx) for the 128GB variant and RUB 3.89 million (Rs 40.8 lakh approx) for the 256GB variant.
To recall, Samsung has launched Sunrise Gold Edition of its another 2018 flagship Samsung Galaxy S9+ in June this year. The special edition was priced at Rs 68,900.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9: Key Specifications As far as the specifications of the Galaxy Note 9 are concerned, the smartphone features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity display with Quad HD+ resolution of 2960×1440 pixels and 516 ppi. The device comes with a layer of Corning Glass 5 on top for added protection.
The phablet is powered by the company’s own octa-core Exynos 9810 processor and runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out-of-the box.
The Galaxy Note 9 comes in two storage variants — 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM paired with 256GB onboard storage. The handset is IP68 rated meaning it is both dust proof and water-resistant.
For imaging duties, the smartphone boasts of a dual-camera setup at the back with a 12MP wide-angle sensor with f/1.5 and f/2.4 dual aperture and a 12MP secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There is an 8MP camera with f/1.7 aperture at the front for selfies.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is backed by a battery of 4,000mAh and comes with fast charge support.
