To stop the Black Ops 4 crash you can try to go into the installation directory and open the LPC folder. Delete the files in this folder. You will most likely find manifest files and a few ff files. Once that you have done this open the Blizzard launcher and click the verify game option. This might solve the issue for you.
If you are having the Black Ops 4 crash issue then it is most likely an audio driver concern. If that is the case then you can try deleting your sound drivers and installing them later on. You simply need to go into the device manager and delete your audio drivers. Once you have passed the opening video, you can go back in and roll back or update your drivers. Also, make sure that your drivers are up to date, this could also cause the game to crash unexpectedly.
