Netflix price rise will be affecting all price tiers in the coming months, according to a CNBC report. The service’s last price raise was less than a year ago.
Netflix is moving to raise prices in the United States once again after having just raised prices less than a year ago.
CNBC is reporting that prices will increase between 13 and 18 percent. The lowest tier for the streaming service, currently at $8, will now rise to $9. Meanwhile, the $11 and $14 plans will increase to $13 and $16 respectively. New subscribers will be subject to the new price change immediately, while existing subscribers will see the new pricing roll out for them over the next three months, according to the report.
