OnePlus has launched its latest flagship smartphone in the market and it comes with a set of firsts ever bundled in a OnePlus device. One of these – and perhaps the most talked about – is a triple camera setup. The primary camera set up on the smartphone comprises a 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 16-megapixel ultra wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture.
Now, because the smartphone comes with a 48-megapixel sensor, it might have some believe that it takes 48-megapixel shots by default but that is not the case. The OnePlus 7 Pro, much like many 48-megapixel sensor bearing smartphones takes a lower resolution photograph by default (12 megapixels, to be exact). And these are very high-quality shots as well.
But what if you want to take a 48-megapixel shot with your OnePlus 7 Pro? Unlike some smartphones that have the option right up front on the camera UI, the OnePlus 7 Pro has actually buried the feature under a fold of settings.
