A man is charged with murder after 22-year-old Italia Marie Kelly was shot at a George Floyd protest in Davenport on May 31.
Kelly had attended a rally on May 31 in a Walmart parking lot,3101 West Kimberly Road, to protest police brutality as part of a wave of demonstrations that have erupted across Iowa and the country during the last month following Floyd’s death in Minneapolis police custody.
