Google released Android 11 Beta 3 for pixel devices and along with that they brought back the force 90 Hz on Pixel 4 which was missing.
Earlier this morning Google released its update for the Pixel lineup of devices. This is the final beta update prior to Google releasing the stable version of Android 11 for Pixel users. With the Beta 3 update, the force 90Hz option on Pixel 4 has been spotted and this time with a different name. It was missing on the Android 11 beta 2 update. So this makes for a nice surprise for users that appreciated it before. Initially, the Pixel 4 was launched with Android 10. It also came with a hidden setting to force a 90Hz refresh rate on the display. The Pixel 4 has a variable refresh rate. But the device would often switch to a 60Hz refresh rate. So, by enabling the force 90Hz option users can run their Pixel 4 at the higher refresh all the time.
