Twitter will ask you to think twice about liking tweets that have been labeled as misleading around topics including the election and COVID-19.

After Twitter labeled 300,000 tweets for election-related misinformation between Oct.27 and Nov.11, the social media giant announced a new way to help users scrutinize the information they want to share. If you tap the like button on a tweet that contains disputed information, Twitter will alert you to that fact before you can continue.
