Paul Ritter, who appeared in the “ Harry Potter “ movies as well as played a key role in HBO’s nuclear disaster drama “ Chernobyl,“ is dead at age 54 after suffering from a brain tumor. On Tuesday Agency Markham, Froggatt & Irwin confirmed that Ritter died Monday night „peacefully at home with his wife Polly and sons Frank and Noah by his side.“ A familiar face to British television viewers and theatregoers, Ritter played Martin Goodman, the eccentric father of a London Jewish family, in the Channel 4 sitcom „Friday Night Dinner.
