The ‘first and only expansion’ for Outer Wilds, Echoes of the Eye, is coming to PS4, Windows PC, and Xbox One in September.
Mobius Digital’s time-looping adventure game Outer Wilds — Polygon’s Game of the Year for 2019, by the way — is getting an expansion. It’s called Echoes of the Eye, and it’s coming to PlayStation 4, Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), and Xbox One on Sept.28. Echoes of the Eye will “ weave directly into the existing world and narrative” of Outer Wilds, said Mobius Digital creative director Alex Beachum.
