Residential fire in central Indianola under investigation. Two victims transported for burn injuries.
Two people were burned the night of Nov.17 in an Indianola house fire. The names of the victims have not been released. The Indianola Fire Department was called to 701 West Boston Ave. shortly after 8 p.m. Crews removed a woman from the house and she was flown by helicopter to the University of Iowa Hospital’s burn unit in Iowa City. Law enforcement reported that a male victim got out of the home before the fire department arrived on the scene, according to a news release.
